Return, Shipping & Policies

All pricing is in Canadian dollars. If you shop from the USA and prefer to pay in USD you will pay the exchange rate equivalent to the Canadian pricing.

Shipping Policy - Orders are processed within 48 hours after payment has been received. We normally ship via Canada Post within 3-7 business days after receiving your order, unless there is an unexpected delay. For international orders, please email us your address and we will send you a shipping quote. You responsible for paying all customs duties and taxes levied by your country and/or delivery service. If you decline to receive your order for taxes, duties or any other reason, please see below under returns.

Local pickup in Coquitlam, B.C. is available.

Same day local delivery is available within Greater Vancouver by Uber. Order must be placed by 11 am. Upfront pricing is $50. Actual pricing (from $10 - $40+) depends on location from central Coquitlam. We will refund the difference paid from actual cost.

Return policy - We believe our products are of the highest quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original, unused condition, with original packaging and tags, within 14 days for an exchange or refund. If you decline to receive your order because of taxes, duties or any other reason, we will refund you for the unused product. Initial cost of shipping will not be refunded and you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping for returned goods.

Refund policy - Once we receive your return, and determine it has been unused and undamaged, we will credit the appropriate account within 10-14 days. We will also notify you by email when the refund is complete.

Privacy policy - We are committed to respecting your privacy. Any information collected when receiving orders are not shared or sold to any outside parties for any reason.

Shopping

In the purchasing of any items from the website, you will be asked to provide personal information, including but not limited to your name, address, email, telephone number and credit card/payment details. You agree that all information provided, will be accurate, complete and up to date. You agree to pay all charges incurred by authorized users of your account and credit card. Additionally you will be responsible for paying any taxes where applicable, and all associated shipping charges for your gift purchase. Bamboobino retains title to all items purchased until payment is received, at which time the title passes to the purchaser.

Special Offers, Discounts and Promotions

We are pleased to be able to provide from time to time, special offers, free shipping, discounts and promotions. Please note that unless expressly stated these preferential terms are all mutually exclusive and cannot be combined in the make up of a purchase.

Taxes

All purchases within Canada accrue a Goods and Services Tax (GST), of currently 5% (except for nursing pads which is 12%). In deliveries to Nova Scotia, Newfoundland & Labrador and New Brunswick, the Harmonized Sales (HST) of 13% is currently applicable. Please note the taxes are applicable based on the address of the credit cardholder making the purchase.

Governing Law

Transactions between Bamboobino and the customer will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, without regard to the laws regarding conflict of law. Any litigation regarding this agreement or any transaction between Bamboobino and the customer shall be brought in the provincial or federal courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada and the customer hereby agrees and submits to such jurisdiction.
